Ted Wells to Participate in PLI’s Trial by Jury

Litigation partner Ted Wells will speak on a panel at a Practising Law Institute conference, 2017 Trial by Jury. Ted’s panel, “Jury Trials: Delivering a Persuasive Opening Statement,” will discuss grabbing the jury’s attention, developing a theme and telling a story, making the most of the primacy principle, handling damaging evidence, winning approaches and common mistakes. The event will take place on November 13 in New York City.
