Ted Wells to Participate in PLI’s “Trial by Jury”

Litigation partner Ted Wells will participate in the Practising Law Institute's annual "Trial by Jury" program. Ted's panel, "Delivering a Persuasive Opening Statement," will discuss tactics for holding the jury's attention, developing a theme and telling your story, making the most of the primacy principle, handling damaging evidence, and winning approaches and common mistakes. The event will take place on November 5 in New York City.
