Litigation partner Lew Clayton’s latest intellectual property litigation column, “Courts of Appeals to Decide Boundaries of Fair Use in the Digital Age,” appeared in the July 11 issue of the New York Law Journal. The authors write that two cases pending at the Eleventh and Federal Circuits may further test the boundaries of fair use under the Federal Copyright Act.
