July 27, 2016 download PDF
Litigation partners Marty Flumenbaum and Brad Karp's Second Circuit Review column appeared in the July 27 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article, titled "Exploring Standing Issues for Third-Party Intervenors," reviews a case that marked the first time the court explicitly addressed whether a third party seeking to intervene in a lawsuit must independently demonstrate standing. Litigation associate Christopher Milione assisted in the preparation of this article.
