April 28, 2017 read the article

Litigation partners Martin Flumenbaum and Brad Karp’s latest Second Circuit Review column, “A Step Toward Protection From Sexual Orientation Discrimination Under Title VII,” was published on April 26 in the New York Law Journal. The authors discuss a recent decision that indicates the court’s willingness to expand Title VII to prohibit sexual orientation discrimination, or at least to view gender stereotyping more broadly, an issue the Supreme Court is likely to take up soon. Law clerk Tyler Myers assisted in the preparation of this article.
