October 27, 2016 download PDF

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has continued to narrow the reach and application of U.S. law internationally, note litigation partners Martin Flumenbaum and Brad Karp in their October 27 column in the New York Law Journal. The article, "Recent Decisions Limit Application of U.S. Law to Foreign Jurisdictions," examines recent decisions by the court, including Waldman v. PLO and In re Vitamin C Antitrust Litigation. Litigation associates Justin Ward and Joshua Kaye assisted in the preparation of this article.
