Litigation partners Martin Flumenbaum and Brad Karp's Second Circuit Review column appeared in the December 31 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article, "Second Circuit Clarifies Procedure for Supplementing Rule 30(b)(6) Testimony," discusses Keepers, Inc. v. City of Milford, in which the court clarified the circumstances and manner in which a corporate party can supplement its prior deposition testimony through additional testimony or affidavits under Rule 30(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Litigation associate Brian Steinwascher assisted in the preparation of this article.
