Litigation partner Alexia Korberg will lead a session, “When the Deal Goes Wrong: Enforcing Corporate Agreements and the Importance of Boilerplate,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s “Drafting and Negotiating Corporate Agreements 2022” program. Alexia will discuss how to anticipate disputes and breaches; litigation versus ADR; choice of law and jurisdiction; enforcement in foreign jurisdictions; merger clauses; and notice provisions.
The free session will be held virtually on January 12 at 3:15 p.m. ET, and provides one hour of Ethics credit.
