Nick Groombridge and Jennifer H. Wu to Discuss Vaccine Waivers and Section 101 at Federal Circuit Bar Association Event

Litigation partners Nick Groombridge and Jennifer H. Wu will participate in the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s “2022 Global Series Spring Session” event. Nick will moderate a panel discussion, “Pros and Cons of Waivers,” that will examine vaccine waivers, such as Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS), in light of use exemptions, compulsory licenses and policy changes in the Biden administration. Jennifer will participate in “Section 101 – What If?” which will cover various “what if” scenarios, such as what if the focus of analysis is moved from subject matter eligibility to novelty/obviousness in Yu v. Apple.

The live event will be held on April 26 at The Army and Navy Club in Washington D.C. Nick’s panel will be held at 2:20 p.m. ET, and Jennifer’s panel will be held at 11:30 a.m. ET.
