Litigation partners Charles Davidow, Richard Rosen, Andrew Ehrlich and Audra Soloway co-authored an article, titled "Best Practice for Dealing with Confidential Witness Allegations in Securities Fraud Complaints: The Implications of In re Millennial Media and Other Recent Decisions," in the July 27 issue of Bloomberg BNA's Securities Regulation & Law Report. The article discusses Millennial Media and the evolving state of the law applicable to confidential witness allegations in complaints arising under the federal securities laws, and identifies techniques that defense attorneys can deploy to investigate and challenge those allegations at the pleadings stage of the litigation.
