Litigation partners Susanna Buergel, Andrew Ehrlich and Audra Soloway co-authored an “Expert Analysis” special series article for Law360. The article, “Revisiting Affiliated Ute: And Its Limits In The 5th Circ.,” explores the ramifications of the 45-year-old U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Affiliated Ute Citizens of Utah v.
