Karen Dunn to Participate in OAD Mock Supreme Court Argument

Litigation partner Karen Dunn will participate in a mock Supreme Court argument as part of the Office of the Appellate Defender’s (OAD) 28th Annual “First Monday in October” event. The mock court will hear argument in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. Bruen, which asks whether the State's denial of petitioners' applications for concealed-carry licenses for self-defense violated the Second Amendment.
OAD is a non-profit law firm and one of New York’s oldest providers of legal representation for people who cannot afford an attorney on appeal. The event will take place at Tribeca 360 in New York on October 4 at 6 p.m.
