Circuit Finds Single-Director Structure of the CFPB Unconstitutional." The article examines the implications for regulated entities if the decision is left to stand and the potential for additional challenges to CFPB rules and enforcement orders. It was featured on the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation website.
