Human Rights First Honors Paul, Weiss With Marvin Frankel Award

Paul, Weiss was recognized for its pro bono asylum work on behalf of refugees at Human Rights First's 2016 Award Dinner with the Marvin Frankel Award. Established in 2002, the award honors the memory of Human Rights First's longtime chairman and recognizes law firms that exemplify his extraordinary dedication to human rights and commitment to pro bono service. Paul, Weiss has a long-standing commitment to asylum work with Human Rights First: of counsel Sidney Rosdeitcher received the individual Marvin Frankel Award in 2003. This year, litigation partner Liza Velazquez accepted the award on behalf of the firm. The event took place on October 19 in New York City.
