Paul, Weiss to Receive Achievement Award for Work in D.C. Street Law Mock Trial

Attorneys and paralegals from Paul, Weiss's Washington, D.C. office coached a team of students from Anacostia High School in the 43rd Annual D.C. Street Law Mock Trial Competition. The competition included 32 teams from 14 D.C. public and charter high schools. For the first time in its history, Anacostia High School won the competition. In recognition of its work with Anacostia, and its commitment to Street Law at various schools over the past decade, Paul, Weiss will receive an Outstanding Achievement Award from the Washington Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs, a non-profit organization that provides pro bono legal services to address discrimination and entrenched poverty in the Washington, D.C. community.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partner Patrick Campbell; and litigation associates Diana Valdivia and Dwight Draughon.
