Pro Bono Client Wins Unemployment Benefits Appeal

Practices
The District of Columbia Court of Appeals has vacated a lower
court judgment denying a Paul, Weiss pro bono client unemployment
compensation benefits. Finding that the lower court conducted an
improper jurisdictional analysis, the court remanded the case for
further proceedings. The lower court must now resolve the
jurisdictional question before the underlying merits can be
addressed.
The Paul, Weiss team, which was supervised by litigation partner

Littlehale and Will McAuliffe.
