Paul, Weiss has been shortlisted by The Asian Lawyer in two categories in its 2016 Emerging Markets Awards. The nominations include "M&A Deal of the Year: Other Sectors" for our role in Yokohama's $1.2 billion acquisition of Alliance Tire Group and "Finance Deal of the Year: Banking" for our involvement in Religare Global Asset Management's $150 million financing.
The winners of The Asian Lawyer's annual Emerging Markets Awards will be announced at a ceremony on November 24 in Singapore.
