Paul, Weiss Wins Asian Lawyer Emerging Markets Award for M&A

The Asian Lawyer honored Paul, Weiss with an Emerging Markets Award in the "M&A Deal of the Year: Other Sectors" category for our role in Yokohama's $1.2 billion acquisition of Alliance Tire Group. The firm was also shortlisted for "Finance Deal of the Year: Banking" for our involvement in Religare Global Asset Management's $150 million financing. The winners were announced at a ceremony on November 24 in Singapore.
