Kaye Yoshino to Speak at ABA’s International Law Conference in Japan

Corporate partner Kaye Yoshino will take part in the 2016 Fall Meeting of the American Bar Association's Section of International Law. Kaye's panel, titled "Recent Trends in M&A in Asia," will discuss the difficulties Asian companies face when making acquisitions in foreign markets, and the challenges that U.S. and other investors can encounter when making deals in Asia. The event will take place from October 18-22 at the Hilton Tokyo.
