Stantec to Divest Software Unit Innovyze

Paul, Weiss is representing Canadian-based, global design firm Stantec in its $270 million sale of Innovyze, a smart water infrastructure modeling and simulation software business, to EQT Mid Market US. The sale to EQT is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2017, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
