TransCanada PipeLines Completes $2.5 Billion Public Offering of Senior Notes

Canadian energy infrastructure company TransCanada PipeLines Limited completed a U.S. public offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.250% senior notes due 2028, $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior notes due 2038, and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.875% senior notes due 2048. Paul, Weiss represented the underwriters, led by JP Morgan Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., in connection with the offering.
