Corporate partner Scott Barshay was quoted in a Financial Times article, titled "UK M&A Opportunities Open up After Brexit," which discusses whether falling share prices and the devaluation of sterling is lifting deal opportunities for overseas buyers. "Long-term Brexit is not a positive as uncertainty is typically the worst enemy for M&A, but in the short term there will be some opportunistic deals that get done," Scott told the FT.
