Paul, Weiss client The Bon-Ton Department Stores, Inc. completed an offering of $350 million of 8.00% Second Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2021. The proceeds of the notes were used to purchase pursuant to simultaneous tender offers or to redeem approximately $341 million of the company's outstanding notes due in 2014 and 2017.
