Enbridge Completes $2.3 Billion Public Offering in United States and Canada

Enbridge Inc., a Canadian company that operates the world's longest crude oil and liquids transportation system, completed a public offering of 56,511,000 common shares in the United States and Canada for gross proceeds of approximately $2.3 billion.
Paul, Weiss represented the underwriters on the transaction, led by RBC Capital Markets, Credit Suisse, BMO Capital Markets, CIBC World Markets, Scotiabank and TD Securities.
