Sprott Physical Silver Trust, a Canadian trust that invests in
physical silver bullion and trades on NYSE Arca and the Toronto
Stock Exchange, completed a public offering of 14,145,000 units in
the United States and Canada for proceeds of approximately $86
million. Paul, Weiss represented the underwriters on the
transaction, led by Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets.
