TransCanada PipeLines Limited completed an offering in Taiwan of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.60% senior notes due 2045. TransCanada PipeLines is a Canadian company that operates primarily in three business segments: natural gas pipelines, oil pipelines and energy. Paul, Weiss represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as structuring agent in connection with the offering.
