ATC Acquires FPS Towers in France

Paul, Weiss client American Tower Company (ATC) announced that it, together with Dutch pension fund manager PGGM, had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100 percent of the stock of FPS Towers from Antin Infrastructure Partners for a purchase price of approximately €607 million (approximately $724 million at the exchange rates in effect at the time of signing). FPS owns and operates approximately 2,400 wireless tower sites across France. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2017.
