TowerCo Announces Third Portfolio of Towers and Assets Sold

Paul, Weiss client TowerCo announced the sale of 253 wireless communications towers and 95 other related assets to Grain Infrastructure Fund II, L.P. for $244 million. The sale marks the third portfolio of towers and assets sold by TowerCo since 2004.
