Paul, Weiss represented TowerCo in its sale of TowerCo IV Holdings LLC to members of TowerCo’s management team and funds affiliated with Peppertree Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction marks the fourth time that TowerCo’s management team and its private equity sponsors have sold the business, each time represented by Paul, Weiss.
