Description of Program and Relief
Alaska Temporary Assistance Program (ATAP) Cash Assistance and Work Program
Alaska’s Temporary Assistance Program (ATAP) provides temporary cash assistance to eligible families. Although no specific guidance has issued with respect to COVID-19, affected families may qualify if they meet eligibility requirements (below). The amount of cash benefit will depend on the applicant’s family size and region of the state in which the family resides.
