Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
Sole proprietors, businesses, and nonprofits with less than 25 full-time employees are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to small businesses: (1) majority-owned by minorities, women, or veterans; (2) located in a rural area; or those that (3) that have not been successful in pursuing and/or receiving funds from federal programs.
Application Deadlines (If Applicable)
There are no application cut-off dates, but applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible due to limited availability of funds.
