Description of Program and Relief
Guidance Regarding Missouri’s Economic Reopening
As of June 16, 2020 Missouri has entered Phase 2 of its “Show Me String Recovery Plan” and has fully reopened. During Phase 2, there is no statewide health order. All statewide restrictions have been lifted and all businesses are fully reopen, subject to any countervailing city or county restrictions.

Executive Order 20-04 - Suspends certain regulatory burdens of agencies as well as certain provisions related to telemedicine service of motor carriers and teacher certification.

Executive Order 20-05 - Restaurants may sell their unprepared foods to the public

Executive Order 20-06 - The National Guard can be mobilized as needed

Executive Order 20-08 - The requirement to be physically present in front of a notary is suspended.
