Description of Program and Relief

Small Business Grant Program

Through the CARES Act, the state of Missouri has established The Small Business Grant Program. The Small Business Grant Program provides grants to small business and family-owned farms to aid in business recovery from the economic effects of COVID-19 in Missouri’s hardest hit industries. Grant funding can be used to address issues such as business interruption and closures, increased unemployment insurance costs, and livestock depopulation costs related to the economic effects of COVID-19.

The application deadline is August 31, 2020. Funding for the small business portion of the program has reached capacity. Applications are still being accepted for Family-Owned Farms.
