Description of Program and Relief

Loans to Medical and Healthcare Facilities for COVID-19 Related Operating Expenses

In light of COVID-19, the State of Montana has suspended compliance with certain provisions of the Montana Facility Finance Authority (MFFA) limiting the scope of financing to preclude operating expenses. MFFA may now finance COVID-19 related operating expenses of healthcare, medical, and related facilities for the duration of the state of emergency.
