Paul, Weiss advised Capital Senior Living Corporation (NYSE: CSU) in its appointment of Paul J. Isaac and Ross B. Levin of Arbiter Partners Capital Management, LLC to its board of directors for a one year term. Arbiter and related parties currently own approximately 14.95% of Capital Senior Living's outstanding shares, making it the company’s largest shareholder. In connection with the appointment, Arbiter agreed to customary standstill and voting commitments. Capital Senior Living is one of the nation’s largest operators of senior housing communities.
