International Trade Counsel Richard Elliott appeared on a panel yesterday on trade issues organized by the US-China Business Council for the benefit of House of Representatives staff members. Richard's presentation addressed current CFIUS issues, with a particular focus on China-related CFIUS cases and various Congressional proposals for reforming CFIUS.
