Litigation partners Judge Stephen Lamb and Jacqueline Rubin will participate in a Practicing Law Institute full-day seminar titled "Delaware Law Developments 2016: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know." Judge Lamb is Co-Chair of the program. Jacqueline will speak on a panel, titled "Recent Developments in Delaware Law," which will discuss the standard of post-closing review of third-party M&A deals, disclosure-only settlements, aiding and abetting liability, among other topics. The event will take place on August 12 in New York City.
