Deputy chair Valerie Radwaner participated in a panel discussion at the Women In Law Empowerment Forum's annual Law Firm Leaders event. The panel, titled "It Starts at the Top: What Law Firm Leaders can do to Impact the Success of Women in their Firm," took place in New York City on Oct. 14. Valerie's co-panelists were Candace Beinecke, chair of Hughes, Hubbard & Reed; Creighton Condon, senior partner at Shearman & Sterling; Joe Conroy, chief executive officer, Cooley; and William Dougherty, chairman of the executive committee, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
