Executive Compensation partner Jean McLoughlin will co-chair the annual Forum on Executive Compensation, hosted virtually by Cambridge Forums. The forum will bring together 43 corporate executive compensation leaders, lawyers and consultants representing the largest corporations and renowned firms in the U.S. to discuss evolving trends in executive compensation demands, design and disclosure, and strategies for navigating shareholder, business and regulatory pressures on executive pay. Jean will interview David Fredrickson, Associate Director and Chief Counsel at the SEC, and David Kokell, Head of US Compensation Research at the proxy advisory firm, ISS. The forum will be held on September 23 – 25.
