Cologix Completes Leveraged Acquisition of Net Access

Paul, Weiss client Cologix, Inc. announced that it has closed the leveraged acquisition of Net Access, LLC, a large provider of co-location services based in New Jersey. In connection with the acquisition, Cologix drew on committed incremental first lien and second lien financing facilities, led, respectively, by a syndicate of banks and Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group. Cologix is an interconnection and data center company that provides interconnection services and secure co-location services in major markets throughout the United States and Canada.
