Paul, Weiss advised Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. in refinancing
its $213 million term loan to lower the interest rate and extend
the maturity date, among other things. Hemisphere Media Group is a
publicly-traded pure-play U.S. media company targeting the high
growth Spanish-language television and cable networks in the U.S.
and Latin America.
