Oak Hill Advisors Closes CLO Fund

Paul, Weiss advised Oak Hill Advisors in a $410.5 million collateralized loan obligation (CLO) fund. The fund, OHA Credit Partners XIII, Ltd., now closed, issued of multiple classes of senior secured, floating and fixed rate notes, and subordinated notes. The fund will be managed by Oak Hill. This constitutes the 20th U.S. CLO completed by OHA, which have raised approximately $9 billion in the aggregate. Paul, Weiss has represented OHA in all of these transactions.
