Paul, Weiss advised Avenue Capital Group in the formation of its latest Asia-focused flagship fund, Avenue Asia Special Situations Fund VI. The fund, which focuses on distressed debt and credit opportunities in Asia, held its final closing on March 30. Avenue Capital is a global investment firm founded in 1995 by Marc Lasry and Sonia Gardner.
