Värde Partners Raises $1.6 Billion in Inaugural Dislocation Fund

Paul, Weiss advised Värde Partners in the raising of Värde Dislocation Fund, which held its final closing with approximately $1.6 billion in commitments, exceeding its $1 billion target in five months of fundraising. The fund is Värde’s inaugural dedicated dislocation and distressed debt vehicle, intended to invest widely across the current credit cycle.
