Corporate partner Robert Schumer was selected as "Dealmaker of the Week" by The American Lawyer on May 29 in recognition of his work for Time Warner Cable in connection with its recently announced agreement to merge with Charter Communications, Inc. The transaction, which values Time Warner Cable at $78.7 billion, will create a leading broadband services and technology company, pending shareholder and regulatory approval.
