Corporate partner Scott Barshay will speak at the Practising Law Institute's "Hot Topics for In-House Counsel" seminar. Scott's panel, titled "Shareholder Activism Today," will discuss, among other topics, trends in shareholder activism in corporate America and legal and governance challenges when engaging with shareholder activists. The event will take place in New York on October 5.
