Aéropostale Consortium Finalizes Acquisition

Paul, Weiss client Simon Property Group, together with its consortium members General Growth Property and Authentic Brands Group announced that they had finalized the acquisition of the global trend-focused apparel and accessories brand, Aéropostale. Simon Property and General Growth Property are two of the largest retail real estate companies in the world, and Authentic Brands is the owner of a global portfolio of fashion, sports and entertainment brands.
