Cologix to Be Acquired by Stonepeak Infrastructure

Paul, Weiss is representing Cologix, a network neutral interconnection and data center company, in its acquisition by Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners. Under an agreement, Stonepeak, a private equity firm, will acquire a majority interest in the company, while the existing Cologix management team will continue to run the business. Cologix provides colocation services for carrier, media, financial services and enterprise customers. The transaction, the value of which was not disclosed, is expected to close in the coming months, pending customary regulatory approvals.
