Paul, Weiss client General Atlantic completed a significant investment in Alignment Healthcare, LLC, a risk-bearing, provider-led care management business that partners with payors and providers to enable shared risk models that generate improved clinical outcomes for patients at lower costs. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
