Paul, Weiss client General Atlantic completed a minority
investment in Dutch company Adyen BV. Adyen is a leading worldwide
provider of payment processing solutions, with international
clients that include Groupon, Spotify, booking.com and Vodafone.
The transaction involved both a primary issuance by Adyen to
General Atlantic as well as a secondary purchase by General
Atlantic of shares from existing investors and Adyen employees.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
